In addition to everything included in the Bridal makeup, this service features a personalized makeup session, a Luxury Bridal Skin Preparation Session including deep cleansing, intense hydration, facial derma-planing, eyebrow shaping, and eyebrow tinting, plus a Luxe Touch-Up Kit to keep your look flawless throughout the day. Cancellation Policy
Makeup & Hairstyling Service Policies Booking A non-refundable deposit of $50 + 5% GST is required when booking online. The deposit is applied toward the total service price and is non-refundable under all circumstances. Appointment Confirmation Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. All bookings are subject to final confirmation. If needed, the appointment may be rescheduled due to scheduling or service limitations in coordination with the client. Payment The remaining balance is due on the appointment day unless otherwise agreed. Payments may be made by cash, e-Transfer, or another approved method. Business Hours Regular business hours begin at 9:00 AM. Appointments before 9:00 AM are subject to availability and an Early Morning Fee. Travel Appointments outside the standard service area are subject to a travel fee based on the current travel rate. Parking, ferry, tolls, and other travel expenses are the client's responsibility. Sanitation & Liability All tools and products are sanitized between clients. Clients must disclose any allergies or skin conditions before the appointment. Negar Khoshgoo Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions. Clients may bring their own products if preferred. Late Arrival Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service or have their appointment cancelled. The booking deposit will be forfeited. Cancellation & No-Show The booking deposit is non-refundable for cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows. If the makeup artist arrives at the agreed location and the client does not attend, Negar Khoshgoo Beauty may charge up to 50% of the total booked service to the payment method on file. Additional Services Additional services are subject to availability and charged according to the current price list. Photography Photos or videos of completed work may be used for portfolio or social media unless the client requests otherwise before the service. Right to Refuse Service Negar Khoshgoo Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if a client's behavior compromises the safety or professional working environment of the makeup artist.
