Cancellation Policy
1. LIABILITY All brushes and products are sanitized between uses. Clients must inform the makeup artist of any allergies or sensitivities beforehand. The artist and team are not liable for allergic reactions. Highly sensitive clients may use their own products to avoid complications. 2. BOOKING & DEPOSIT A signed agreement and deposit are required to reserve your date. The deposit goes toward the total balance. Payments can be made via cash, check (payable to Negar Khoshgoo), or another mutually agreed method. 3. CONSULTATION & TRIAL All brides must have a pre-wedding consultation, held online unless otherwise included. A $300 non-refundable trial fee applies unless specified in the package. 4. LOCATION & SETUP Clients may choose the location, but it must include: A clean, designated area Good lighting (natural or artificial) Accessible outlets Preferably open windows or fresh air for aerosol use 5. TRAVEL FEES Travel outside Downtown Vancouver incurs a fee. Clients may also arrange transportation. Air travel requires coverage of all related costs (flight, hotel, transport, parking, etc.). 6. EARLY START Services starting before 7:00 AM include an early morning fee. 7. PAYMENT TERMS The signing party is responsible for the total balance, including all booked services. Individual payments from others are not the artist’s responsibility. Late payments cancel the agreement and incur fees. Additional services must be documented and approved by the client. 8. TOUCH-UPS Touch-up services are available on-site at $100/hour, non-refundable and due with final payment. 9. LATE POLICY A $50/hour fee applies for client delays and will be added to the final payment. 10. CHANGES & CANCELLATION Changes must be made 30+ days in advance. 90+ days before: No fee 30–90 days before: $300 cancellation fee Less than 30 days: Full payment due Extra same-day clients may be added if time permits. The signatory is responsible for their payment. 11. EMERGENCIES If illness or emergency (with proof) prevents attendance, the date may be rescheduled by mutual agreement. If not, a $300 cancellation fee applies.
