Terms & Conditions 1. Course Duration The student must complete the course within a maximum of 3 months from the start date. Missed sessions due to the student’s absence will not be rescheduled unless pre-approved and subject to availability. 2. Model Scheduling It is the sole responsibility of the student to arrange for a model to attend practical sessions. If the model is not available, the Instructor reserves the right to continue the session in theory format without practical application. 3. Payment Requirement The full course fee must be paid in advance of the first class. Non-payment will result in cancellation of the student's registration. No refunds will be provided after course commencement. 4. Supplies & Sanitation The student must bring all required tools, including makeup kits, brushes, a mirror, and a chair. The student must ensure all tools and workspaces are cleaned and sanitized before and after each session. Failure to adhere to sanitation protocols may result in dismissal from the program. 5. Model Reactions & Allergies The student is fully responsible for: Assessing any allergies or sensitivities the model may have before applying products. Handling the model with care and responsibility. The Instructor is not liable for any skin or health reactions resulting from student-applied products or tools. 6. Code of Conduct Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward the Instructor, models, and fellow students. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of enrollment without refund. 7. Release of Liability The Student hereby waives, releases, and holds harmless the Instructor and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from participation in the training course, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or product reactions. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia. 9. Entire Agreement This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No verbal or other written agreements will be recognized unless signed in writing by both parties.
