Makeup & Hairstyling Service Policies

1. SANITATION & LIABILITY

 

All brushes, tools, and makeup products are professionally sanitized between every client. Clients are responsible for informing the makeup artist of any allergies, skin conditions, sensitivities, or medical concerns before their appointment. Negar Khoshgoo Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities resulting from products used during the service. Clients with highly sensitive skin are welcome to bring and use their own makeup or skincare products.

 

2. BOOKING REQUEST & NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

 

All appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit of $50 + 5% GST, payable online at the time of booking.

The deposit is applied toward the total service cost but is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, rescheduling requests, or failure to attend the appointment.

Submitting a booking request and paying the deposit does not constitute a final appointment confirmation. All bookings are subject to review and approval by Negar Khoshgoo Beauty.

3. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

 

Appointment requests are scheduled based on service availability, travel requirements, and the artist's schedule.

If the requested appointment time cannot be accommodated, Negar Khoshgoo Beauty reserves the right to adjust the appointment time after consulting with the client. Every reasonable effort will be made to find a mutually suitable alternative.

 

4. PAYMENT

 

The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments may be made by cash, e-Transfer, or another approved payment method.

5. BUSINESS HOURS & EARLY MORNING APPOINTMENTS

 

Regular business hours begin at 9:00 AM.

Appointments requested before 9:00 AM are subject to availability and will incur an Early Morning Fee according to the current pricing schedule.

 

6. TRAVEL FEES

​

Services provided outside the standard service area are subject to a travel fee based on the current travel rates at the time of booking.

Applicable travel fees, parking charges, ferry fees, tolls, and any other travel-related expenses will be added to the final invoice where applicable.

7. LATE ARRIVAL

​

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may be cancelled at the makeup artist's discretion. In such cases, the booking deposit will be forfeited.

8. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW

​

Rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible and are subject to availability.

The booking deposit remains non-refundable for all cancellations and rescheduling requests.

If the client fails to attend the appointment without prior notice (No-Show), the booking deposit will be forfeited.

If the makeup artist has already arrived at the agreed service location and the client fails to attend the appointment, Negar Khoshgoo Beauty reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the total booked service amount to the payment method provided by the client.

Clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows may be declined future appointments.

9. ADDITIONAL SERVICES

 

Additional services requested on the day of the appointment are subject to available time and will be charged according to the current service price list.

10. SERVICE RESULTS

 

Every effort is made to achieve the desired makeup and hairstyle discussed with the client. However, final results and longevity may vary depending on individual skin type, hair texture, weather conditions, products used, and aftercare. Therefore, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY

 

Photographs and videos of completed work may be taken for portfolio, website, educational, and social media purposes.

Clients who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos must notify the makeup artist before the service begins.

12. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

 

Negar Khoshgoo Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service if a client behaves inappropriately, is abusive, arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if any circumstance compromises the safety, health, or professional working environment of the makeup artist.
